True Story

A client needed a unique finish on a medical product that is STAMPED at Qualtek. We suggested electro-polishing for a fine smooth finish. However, the part also needed to have a matte rather than shiny finish. Qualtek developed a special solution (nick-named Willy’s Sauce) that provided just the right matte surface with the fine clean finish needed for the product.

Water Conservation Champions

Qualtek implemented a water conservation program and immediately cut its water use by more than 174,000 gallons a month, with most of the water savings coming from the finishing department. Additional water saving was realized through installing a system to cool motors. Colorado Springs Utilities recognized Qualtek as Commercial Water Champions.
